This is great! I can't wait to post the pictures of my 13lb turkey (the smallest I could find!) for just Richard and I to enjoy! This will be my 2nd attempt at cooking a turkey dinner, more English style than American (interestingly enough being that Enlgish don't celebrate this holiday),.... Great job at the blog and I can't wait to see the pictures that are posted!!!

I hope your turkey turns out well. Don't know about the English style on that seein' as the turkey was Ben Franklins choice for our national bird! But you are braver than me. I always let Kevin do the turkey!
