Zachary's Six Month Pictures

Here are some choice pics from a session we had on March 21. Zachary had shots this day and was still a cute little trooper.

We had a grand time with our visitors for Zachary's baptism. Fiesta has come and gone, and the weather is beautiful.

So we will see if this finally works. I don't know why it never worked before but for some reason I wasn't considered a part of the naked turkey team...

Life has been crazy, I'm living in Houston. I have been out here for a little over a month now. I'm still working for Nike, however I did get to take another promotion to come out here. I'm very happy about that. I am the assistant store manager out here for the new Houston store. Since we opened we have made 1 million dollars. To put things in perspective, this Thursday will be our 3 week anniversary. So yes I'm a little bit tired from work and everything that goes along with it.

I did however manage to cut away from work this past weekend and venture out to Va for Erika's wedding. I had a fantastic time and was very happy to see the family that was there and some of the friends that made the trip out. Of course my liver is not very happy with me:)

I will be making the trip down this weekend to SA and will be coming in on Saturday night, probably leaving Monday morning. We might have to leave on Sunday night.

What happened this weekend?

I participated in my first mini-Triathlon over the weekend. It was at our gym, Life Time Fitness. I had a lot of fun, and performed at about the rate I would expect. This indoor event included a 10 minute swim in the lap pool, a 30 minute bike ride, and 20 minute run. Even though my position isn't that great, I really pushed myself.

Now on to Zachary. Z began eating green beans over the weekend. He really likes it, but we have to sing to him in order to get him to finish all his food. With real food, comes real poop. It's not the most enjoyable experience I've ever partaken in.

Martha, it's only a little more time until you get to spend the weekend with the little guy! We are quite excited, and Zachary is also squirming with excitement.

Zachary is crawling! On March 5 he officially began the "army crawl" and has become quite proficient at it! Watch out, Champagne - Zachary is coming to pet you!

Luny moon

As you may have heard on the news, we are having a total lunar eclipse tonight. So I decided to share our view of it. Can't see it? Well, it's eclipsed!!! You're not supposed to be able to see it!!! But if you enlarge the photo, you can almost make out the edge of it!! Whoo hoo!

This past weekend, we attended Samantha's cousin's wedding in Austin.

The sunset was beautiful!

We stayed at a boutique hotel that overlooked Lake Travis.

Zachary showed of his moves on the dance floor. We had a lot of fun, and Zachary liked the faster music more than the slower stuff.

Martha, we are looking forward to seeing you in April! Zachary might be crawling by then.

I got skills

It seems that Z can convince everyone to carry him around. He's not shy when it comes to letting people know that he is happy.

Aunt Cristi came to SA for the weekend to celebrate Grandmother Pam's 60th Birthday. It was a surprise, and everyone had a great time. We were going to have a celebratory dinner at the Tower of the America's, but it didn't work out. Maybe we can make it there the next time we have guests in town.

I don't really have a favorite for the Superbowl, but I think that New England will win. My predition? - New England 38, New York 23.
